Let's just dive in...... Back in December I hosted free training Webinar called Seal Your Success in 2012. It was so popular that there was a repeat performance last week and hundreds of people signed up to hear me share key strategies that will, if you implement them, set you up to make 2012 your best year yet (if you missed it you can view the replay here) Now during Seal Your Success I revealed a really powerful reflection that I want to ask you now. After i've asked the question I'd love you to start writing your answer right away, without pausing, without hesitation, trusting in what is flowing forth from you, knowing that your inner leader is guiding you here Ok here it is...... I have had the most amazing week! I was excited about hosting the 1st Annual Creative Women Can Telesummit but I think I totally underestimated how much learning, sharing, connecting and inspiration could come out of 4 days. In fact we are still a day away from wrapping up so there is more to come! When I presented today I shared a story that I wrote as a celebration of the sister hood and magic that comes with being a Creative Goddess! it features some of my favourite Goddesses and is my way of highlighting with you just a little of the awe I've experienced in my learning this week. I've called it the 'Gift of Sisters' and I am sharing it with you today as my gift. A woman’s creativity is an expression of her soul. Creativity allows a woman to access a unique, magical part of herself not always available to her in the day to day grind of everyday life. As a creative Goddess she’s inspired, energised, alive with joy and purpose, ready to face the world empowered and full of possibility  Creativity is available to us all. It’s a natural gift all women have. It makes me sad to know that many women close off from this gift, finding it a challenge to express themselves creatively. Creativity is not limited to artistic expression.

As I sat down to write this week's article for you I knew somewhere deep down inside my creative soul that I had to look at a very particular question; "Why aren't you?" As I started to write there were soooo many questions that flowed into my creative mind that all asked in one way or another why this why question? The reason I feel so compelled to write about this why question, the "Why aren't you?" is because it's a question that we often don't want to ask ourselves and it's also an incredibly powerful question to ask and one I believe can make the difference when it comes to turing our creative dreams into reality  Now I'm going to reveal something about why this particular question is so difficult to ask so please stay with me.... I do have a really important point to make. Do you want to know what the why is, the reason it's a hard question to ask and even answer?
The difficult in asking and answering the question "Why aren't you?" is usually grounded in fear of some kind. We may have a number of creative dreams living and breathing inside of us but the fear, the deep seated terror even, that we feel when it comes to sharing our creative gifts with the world can literally stop us dead in our tracks, paralizing us from being able to birth our creative dreams. Your fear may be fear of acceptance, fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, fear of ridicule, any fear in fact. It's the something that stops you from taking the action you need to take to birth your creative dream. So what can you do about it? Are You Hiding From Abundance? 03/20/2011
 Hello Creative Goddess! I've got a very important question to ask you today. I want you to take a moment to answer this honestly and without judgement;
"Do you feel as rich as you want to be? as abundant as you deserve to be?" Ok, that was sort of 2 questions rolled into one but they are very important questions that I hope you take the time to answer. You see I find that when I'm not feeling as rich as I want to be, not as abundant as I deserve to be and I stop to consider why, if I am really honest, I have to admit that I am hiding! Now that might sound strange but I am opening up here in an attempt to help you understand something that women do. We hide! It might be because we feel scared of what might happen if we step up, who we might upset if we do what we really want to do, what we stand to lose if all these hopes and dreams we have become a reality That might sound a bit irrational but if it were so silly then why do so many of us share these same feelings? Why do we hide? Surely if we want something bad enough we do everything we can to make that a reality? Not necessarily. There are soooo many reasons behind our behaviours and I'm not going to go into them here. Instead I want to give you the opportunity, if you have been hiding, to stop hiding once and for all and come out into the light of abundance where you can shine brilliantly and brightly and be well rewarded! Today I was invited to spend some time with some very special women as part of a week of celebration in this, the week that we saw the 100th Centenary of International Women's Day occur on 8th March. I was a guest speaker at the 'Strengthening Women" event hosted by the Ishar Multicultural Women's Centre here in my home city In preparing for my presentation and thinking about how, as women, we can best connect with our inner strength I contemplated a lot of different possibilities. No matter how much I thought about what to say there were 3 key elements that stood out to me as essentials to cover when speaking with the 60 women who were participants in the weekend event. Embrace these 3 elements and you'll be stronger on the inside and happier on the outside! These 3 key elements stood out so strongly that I wanted to share them as part of this week's article for you  1. Self Belief
Believing in your self is one of the most empowering things you can do and one of the key elements of inner strength. When you have self belief I believe you also have focus, direction, determination, resilience and the ability to make things happen Self belief is an attainable attribute for all women.
